Cons: Missing a few fan blades
Pros: Even with missing blades its fully functional and not overheating or even throttling. Fan has never hit MAX speed even when gaming.
Tested using core temp and MSI afterburner to monitor temps and even with all day gaming use it had never hit throttle back temperatures.
