phone was purchased with direct agreement only issue was as stated loud speaker. purchased the phone and within an hr of purchase phone shuts off. battery pull done multiple times before phone would come back up.after another half hr. phone shuts off again. now with just a flashing red light.
tried to make contact with seller but no response.
