After being told to meet at Pavilion Plaza at 3 i waited till 4:30 then waited in total 5 hours for this guy to say he wasn't bothering to sell me the phone, that he had gotten a better offer and thus wasn't going to sell me the device again. I would think that after 5 hours of wasting my time he would have had the decency to show up at least
