purchased an iphone 4s from him which he promised to unlock. eventually he was unable to unlock so i gave him back the phone and he promised my refund as he seemed tustworthy. I have been trying to call him and he ingores it. when he does answer he says he will call back and doesnt.
But i wanna let him know many soldiers and police are on this site and he has something coming real soon.
