He sold me a storm 9500 which he led me to believe was fully functional however he apparently forgot to tell me that it was locked to LIME and also that there may be something wrong with the battery as it will not charge fully and wont keep charge. While i may have got it for a good deal i do not appreciate being mislead and it is no longer considered a good deal as it is faulty.
