Trading both for a good phone and cash or a phone that's worth these items combined

I have traded on Tuesday 15 day of September 2020 a Xbox one x from this person in half way tree, he said that there two games on the console namely cod modern warfare n another. when I reach the console is not working he block my number and rejected other number from the of trading as if he know that something was wrong the console this person can't be trusted. he is a fraud and a thief he should be banded
