So I bought a Xbox One X from the user: kdriches Mobile: 8767902271 on shopinja.com back in August 2019 for 58k and it stopped working after 4 days. I took it to a store to get repaired and they couldn’t fix it. I contacted the guy I bought it from and he said I shouldn’t have taken it to get repaired because he gave me 3months warranty (he didn’t tell me that I had a 3months warranty) and because the store that I took it to, opened the Xbox up, the warranty is now void, and that he’ll have to charge me to fix it for me. I said fair enough and he charged me 10k to fix it and it worked for 3months and stopped working again. This time he couldn’t fix it and I had to buy another one from him for 55k. I gave him 30k, a iPhone 6s and a Apple Watch Series 2 to cover the cost of the new xbox. This xbox had the same problem, it stopped working after 3 or 4 days. He spent 2 months bringing it back and forth to me trying to fix it and eventually I told him I had enough and he needs to replace it. He said he’ll replace it in 2weeks when he gets more in stock. It’s been almost 4 months now and he kept making excuses like there’s a delay on his packages because of covid-19. Last week I messaged him about the replacement and he said that I’ll get one on Friday(June 19,2020). I messaged him on Thursday and he said that he will come by later in the day. He was nowhere to be found and ignored all my messages. On June 20, 2020 he still ignored all my messages so I decided to call from my house phone number which he doesn’t know and he picked up and said he’s not been feeling well and that he will deliver my new Xbox One X replacement tomorrow between 3 and 5pm. It is now July 9, and he keeps ignoring my messages and phone calls and still has not replaced the xbox. I have screenshots with timestamps of all of our conversation and all the evidence needed as well as documents from the Consumer Affairs Commission who has also tried to resolve the issue but kdriches has stopped responding to them and never showed up to either of the two scheduled meetings that were to take place at Consumer Affairs.
