Pros: Good customer service, up front with product information. 1 week warranty, no issues with purchase so far. Will update if there is.
Cons: Just a few hiccups - I felt like the page could have provided more details on the products to save time when in store and also so you don't feel as though you were misled e.g. Some devices are carrier branded for , some no box, some not in pristine condition due to packaging etc.
