the phone was in great condition and exactly as stated. BUT we had an agreement for unlock code which after a month couldnt be provided. He advise a 3 to five days wait and in one instance 2 weeks passed and no feed back. I had to have someone else unlock the phone plus the information that i received was false (phone was t- mobile UK and not USA as stated, phone was also on contract prior) . I ask to cancel the request and instead of providing the refund i'd buy something else. Its been a 2 month transaction with constant put off. To date i still cant either refund or memory card. I would not recommend any one else to buy, and if you must buy dont buy lock or ask for any assistance.
