yesterday i met with this person and purchased a tab 4 for 18k
not 3 hours later the device proved to be impaired
it factory reset without cause several times
i contacted him he then said he would return my money today at 11
he had promised me a warranty lasting until the 14th of april
he has blocked my number today and has made no attempts to contact me
