Customer purchased a Samsung Galaxy Y that was in need of an OS reboot as it was stuck in recovery. Customer was advised item is sold as is and agreed to make payments and insisted they were aware how to repair the phone and had the necessary tools to do so. A few Hours after completing the purchase the Customer contacted me stating they were having a problem rebooting the OS. No agreement was made for support to be provided while the OS is being rebooted. After much annoyance this customer was blocked. He then went on to send a PM indicating he would like a refund (of an item that is sold as is) Because he was blocked for annoying me. If he Is unable to repair the device from the state that was described he should not have completed the purchase and allowed someone who is more experienced with the device to do so.
