Immediately after purchase ..could not hear party calling....charger did not work.called sellet 3 times explaning problem hoping for an exchange....seems they had a no return policy....decided to suck up loss and move on...care full folks people are just lurking waiting on your 10gran they seem honest until after the transaction....
