Some time last week I negotiated for 4 (older-type) phones with this seller. Considering the distance, I asked a friend to inspect and collect phones. However, prior to buying the seller claimed that all phones were open to both networks; that all were functional/ in excellent cond; and that one came with an 8-gig SD card. Upon receipt of phones a few days after, I noticed that:
1. One of the phones would not accept a Digi sim and it also kept shutting off;
2. The phone which should have come with SD card did not have it.
I contacted back the seller and voiced my dissatisfaction, to which his response was, the price that was negotiated (which is total BS, as this was no deal for me, but it was for him - I bought his old phones!!) plus he did not at any time say that he was going to take out SD card from package. Regarding other phone that consatntly shuts down and doesnt accept Digi sim, he claims he checked the phone and it was accepting the sim, and that the phone needs a battery. He hasn't responded to subsequent messages sent.
I think he's very dishonest and dishonorable, and Im extremely upset and disappointed, especially since he claims to be a moderator. Plz look into the matter for me, as I am not happy with his business ethics.
