Ill take it for 10000 tommorow 860-2556. Its sad really but the touchpad is a dead tablet. HP stop making it so there wiol be no software updates, no more apps, its just dead. Man its sad that people still shelling out Hugh amounts of cash for this dead tablet. Ill take it still cus it has some use I guess

The retail price if you can get one is $99 for the 16GB model and $149 for the 32GB model, (I dont know anyone who was able to get the discount price, I didnt) all major reviewers on the net agree that there is at least 250USD worth of hardware in the Touchpad.
now if you go to amazon or ebay you may get one for those prices but only used. and that's if you find one for that price..go see for yourself what they are selling for online.

out of the box this device has a 10" LED screen 32GB of storage, Light sensor, accelerometer, compass (magnetometer), and gyroscope and wifi, productivity software, media player and best of all Internet browsing with flash support.
and you want play angry birds pon it.. :D

Regardless, I am still getting apps from the webos app store its not closed and there is a fair amount of apps available,(nothing even comparable in numbers to apple or android though) but there are persons who will have full benefit of this product out of the box with no need for support or additional software. this will kick the teeth out of any comparably priced tablet on the market now, only drawback is the OS as I have done the comparisons between it and low end android tablets.

so please let an informed buyer make his or her decision without tearing down what is a good product that still has excellent value. with all that said 40k kinda steep though, I woulda say high 20s or 30 likkle bit

Boss u do realize that ur not the first person here to -try and sell one of those right? And it didn't sell. I see ur point ok but ask yourself this. Is it worth buying? When u can simply buy a playbook or xoom or galaxy tab for similar price?

so what is the updated price on the hp tablet?
