I am looking for a very very cheap laptop, I will accept one with a slight damage once that can be fixed with a little improvised work
. I will need it for work next week(sept 30) and since all my cash is budgeted out I need something that I can pickup for pocket change and survive 3 months without dying on me.
Primary use will be just browsing, managing email and using notepad on ubuntu, so it will need to have atleast 256mb ram.

As I said the laptop can be 2002-2003 doesnt matter once its for pocket change and can do all the things above while having a LAN port (wifi not necessary).
