Ubiquiti ER-X 5 port Gigabit router... you program the ports you want for internet (WAN) and the ports you want for LAN...

Eg 2 WAN 3 LAN and set the load balance metric to what you desire...

The Unifi AC Mesh Access Point is powered from the router but you can use a long cable if you want and mount it at the highest point you want..
