HP Laptop needs to be repaired

I am in possession of a HP probook received  from a friend who wishes it to get repaired
it is having problems with the keyboard
some keys are either not working while some keys are being pressed even when the key isn't in use at all
can anyone fix this problem? he needs it for work so the quicker the better
  :S
