Title: Thoughts on 1st investment property: DC condo Post by: jhonnydepp01 on December 15, 2016, 05:35:42 AM I'm currently saving up for my first investment property. I live in the DC market, which is fairly expensive but also full of high income renters (younger folks who haven't purchased yet).
I'm thinking of buying a condo in the District of Columbia or close in Northern Virginia (Arlington/Alexandria). I like this option because I think it will increase my pool of potential tenants (http://www.gordonrutty.com), and it's less work. |
