CONS

Needs A/C compressor or a replacement clutch as the clutch in the current compressor went completely bad, however all other parts are present, no leaks and all other parts are in good working order

Needs front left (passenger side) wheel bearing

Needs minor body work and spraying

Needs valve seals however a brand new set of Supertech valve seals and keepers will be included in the sale

Has one cracked piston due to a bad nitrous pull on a faulty spark plug. Vehicle has in p72 pistons (stock GSR) currently however car will be sold with a set of 4 PR3 (B16A) pistons
This will result in raised compression and I do strongly advise the new owner to retune after this upgrade
If an interested party wants peace of mind I can arrange for vehicle to be repaired before sale ONLY after a non refundable deposit is made for the amount to cover the repair (approximately $15,000.00 JMD)
