Title: Samsung Note 4 for parts Post by: kaffidewann on August 09, 2016, 07:39:47 PM Device in good physical condition 9/10 but is constantly restarting.
Phone starts normally, works for a while, freezes, restarts. Reinstalled and upgraded OS but problem persists. Suspect is a issue with the board.
