Title: Need Access to a Mitsubishi MUT 3 Diag Tool Post by: CeezHype on June 23, 2016, 09:26:36 AM Need some features disabled on a 08 Lancer. Was told only the MUT 3 Diagnostic Tool can program the ETACS Ecu in the Mitsubishi.
