Title: HEAT SINK AND FAN PROBLEM Post by: aldane1987 on January 17, 2012, 12:52:02 PM I want to know if anyone can fix the heat Sink and fan on a Dell Inspiron B130 laptop. The Fan is spinning but its not removing the heat from laptop that effectively plus it make alot of noise.
