Do you have the rim center caps? What brand? And what model? And do you know the offset? The offset is usually stamped on the inside of one of the spokes.

Can You shoot a picture straight on to get a better look at it. I see you indicate that the bolt pattern is 4x100 but what is the Offset. ? That would be stamped on the inside of the rim on one of the spokes. for example should be like ET36, ET48, ET50 or something like that (http://www.subaruforester.org/vbulletin/attachments/f72/3200d1161463356-offset-stamps-back-wheels-ozsuperleg-2.jpg). or like this one which is 53.
