I bought an official Ross-Tech VCDS tool the other day.  I've decided to offer this service for those with cars that fall in the General Volkwagen Automotive Group who need to really clear error codes for each onboard controller (such as airbags), and need to toggle features for feature retrofits or conversions.

This interface is compatible with cars with diagnostics based on Mk.5 Golf technology.

All Golf platform cars (Mk5/Mk6/Mk7 platform) including:

For the other vehicles in the Volkswagen automotive group, I can use another interface called OBDeleven (an Android app with its proprietary OBD module) to make the VCDS changes (it just doesn't do logging such as that for dyno runs).

Note: neither of these interfaces will cause you to lose any of the programs set using flashing solutions like Revotechnik, GIAC, etc.

This thread is in its infancy stage and as such will be revised and updated from time to time (so don't start quoting this post too early).   By now, you should have noted that I haven't posted anything about pricing, since I'm not killing anyone with the prices that ATL would charge.  My rates (once finalized) would be so ridiculously low that it wouldn't be worth posting here.  Members of the official VW Society group already know that they get the usual brethren (free, or drinks-money) rate, so you can bring your Audi, Skoda, Seat and VW for whatever needs to be done.  I'm located in the Kingston 8 area, so I don't have an actual garage but we can make mobile arrangements over the phone if anything.
