This looks like a nice house, but if its some location far away from kingston like mobay or mandeville then I cant consider it and calling the number would be a waste of time. Same if its out f the price range range i can afford. Does the seller really want to get hundreds of calls from people who simply wont be interested in buying it because of location/price? Why not post the relevant info and limit the calls to potential buyers only? Information on the type of trees in the yard is far less important than price/location. It's really an annoyance to call or add a contact (just to whatsapp) for the needed info only.
