Title: CQ57 Motherboard Fault need repair Post by: chad88 on October 06, 2015, 10:20:53 PM I have a Compaq CQ57 laptop that has a motherboard fault i suspect is a result of liquid spilled on there. The fault is the keys 2, W, S and X dont work even after replacing the keyboard and you can see these keys are in a row on the keyboard. All the other keys work fine and i have washed the motherboard in distilled water twice so i know there is no liquid on there. laptop is working fine other than the mentioned problem, i have had this laptop gathering dust as i dont know what to do with it so i am looking for some1 who can do board level repairs who think they can fix it. if you feel you can quote me a price.
