Senior Word Processing Operator/Legal Secretary with over seventeen (17) years of extensive knowledge and experience in various versions of Microsoft Office suites.  Skilled and experienced in creating, formatting and animating Power Point Presentations; Designing, constructing, recreating, replicating, reproducing, reformatting and formatting all types of documents inclusive of tables, forms, letters, reports, booklets etc.; Mail merge; Creating, recreating Styles and Sections; Converting and formatting documents from Adobe PDF to Microsoft Word; Formatting and editing documents in Adobe PDF formats; Converting, reformatting and amending Acts for law libraries; Media transcriptions; Graphic Designing in Microsoft Word, Publisher & Photoshop inclusive but not limited to flyers , invitations, advertisements, newsletters, business cards, Certificates, complimentary slips, programmes (all types).

DOCUMENT & TRANSCRIPTION RATES
Document Rates
Conversions (cleaning and reformatting inclusive) are more time consuming and will vary in cost depending on the quality and volume of the converted documents.  If rates need to be adjusted, contact will be made to confirm your acceptance before proceeding.  Below, please find a complete explanation of the document rates.  All rates are quoted in Jamaican Dollars (J$).

Under 10 pages - $350.00 per page
11- 20 pages    -    $300.00 per page
21- 60 pages    -   $250.00 per page
Over 60 pages  -   $200.00 per page

Amendments
All document rates include two (2) amendments/edits but will attract a fee of $500.00 on any submission thereafter.

Turnaround Time
Depending on the quality, volume and condition of the document(s), the turnaround time will vary.  

Standard Service (3 – 5 business days)
Rushed Service (24-48 hours) will attract an additional fee of $1,500.00

Transcription Rates

We bill by the audio minute, since our clients almost always know exactly how long their audio or video file is. When you upload your recording, you’ll receive an estimate by email – if that estimate needs to be adjusted, we will contact you to confirm acceptance before proceeding with transcription.  Below, please find a complete explanation of our transcription rates. All rates are quoted in US dollars per minute.

Number of Speakers
Your base rate is set by the number of speakers in your audio or video recording.
1 Speaker:   $5.00
2 Speakers:   $5.50
3 Speakers:   $6.00
4 Speakers:   $6.50
5+ Speakers: $7.00

Conditional Fees
Most transcription projects will not attract these fees.
Prices quoted are in addition to the prices listed for number of speakers.

Background Noise: $0.50   Heavy Background Noise: $1.00
Light Accent: $0.50           Strong Accent: $1.00
Special Formatting: $10.00      

Amendments

Turnaround Time
Depending on the quality and the clarity of the sound of the audio and/or video, the turnaround time will vary.
