Title: Re: 9100 need attending to Post by: The Black Box on November 30, 2011, 03:01:13 PM you may need to try an jump start you blackberry. there is a battery on you bb board which ask like a cmos battery in a computer. that battery keeps settings and other stuff active on the board. if the board goes dead when your in hot water. so try charging it for a day if that doesnt work. take the phone to a tech who can remove the battery from the board and replace it. if not you would have to take the phone to me so i could look at it for you :ninja:
