Title: BB SOFTWARE TECHNICIAN NEEDED Post by: kaiser on October 22, 2011, 09:29:55 AM Does anyone know a BB Technican i can see today in Kgn? I have a new Torch that is not getting in emails (no other problems)...I am told the phone is not accepting the service books to make the emails work; so I figure it is a setting issue...before u ask...Digicel is asking the person to take it into their head office to set it up as it could be a OS reprogramming, but the weekend is all they have so that is out. So..here I am seeking help..Call 3530148. Thanks
Title: Re: BB SOFTWARE TECHNICIAN NEEDED Post by: Turnip on October 22, 2011, 09:38:20 AM If u want to re-install the OS jus backup the stuff u have on the phone to ur memory card or computer, go on blackberry site and connect the phone to ur computer and do it. Jus take a little reading to get it done if it is the OS problem.
