no disrespect or anything jus askin isnt it the same price or almost the same price for that disk here as i would get it in the sotre is it is i think ppl would buy it int the store cause u get warrenty and al that

No disrespect taken... questions are made to be asked... let me give u a fair response... which is basically NO, its much more expensive in the stores here..

This game was released just couple weeks ago... its not even ONE MONTH old as yet... basically games devalue overtime and these NEW just released games go for upwards of $8500 to $9,000+ depending on the store u go also these stores don't DELIVER, and are rarely in stock due the high demand for them even at those prices (seeing that today is Sunday i can't call and confirm if any store actually has it right now) so the prices you see here are highly discounted compared to LOCAL store prices, I have been doing this for a long while so I know how ridiculous the store prices can get for NEW games.

Your second question about warranty... CD, DVD, Game discs and software DON'T have a store warranty, once opened they will refer u to the manufacturer if there is a fault(I have proven this) as there is NO WAY to validate that what they sell you is what u take back as as scratched or not working especially for brand new sealed games as they sell under the assumption that it works they don't open and test games before you leave the store...

With that said I actually provide a more comfortable warranty for customers, for used games or dlc codes, I TEST THEM PERSONALLY to ensure they are working before selling them, for defective games I give a full refund or replace defective part!

For example... a number of people aren't aware (or don't tell their customers) that the new Batman Arkham City has a fault with some of the copies where the additional Catwoman section of the game is a DLC and in some copies it is is MISSING FROM THE GAME... I had a customer with that problem I called the store I bought the item from overseas and they referred me to the Manufacturer of the Game Warner Brothers Inc. (just like I told u they normally do) I personally bought back a NEW Catwoman DLC and gave it to my customer for FREE so he may fully enjoy his game while I sorted out the issue.

I wrote to Warner Brothers about the issue who a week later contacted me personally and apologized to me they have now has given me back my DLC code. I have subsequently ensured that all my copies of that game which I sell all have the additional content and I explain to all my customers who I sell items that they can call me any time day or night if they should EVER have an issue with anything I have sold them... What store do u think would do that or has the time to go through all of that for a $10usd DLC (just like the stores abroad, its not their fault its missing)? I am a GAMER, and I treat my customers how I would want to be treated as a gamer, its not about just about money Its about customer service and piece of mind not like how these local stores treats us!
