Not just from personal experience but from everyone that I know that have tried to purchase from this seller, they can never get thru to them when ready to make the purchase, you would get a response about the item you want, but when trying to making the arrangement to buy the item its as if they just gone of the map (no response to bbms, text, calls, pings etc) and look how many contact info is postedTitle: Re: blackberry oem housing starting at 2000 Post by: jmtopseller on October 02, 2011, 09:36:52 AM we have a physically location where our goods are located. before we had a store, it was extremely difficult to communicated with 1000 person at the same time and arrange to meet others. i adjust that problem by getting a place where everyone can come by and see the product and multiple phone and different mean of communication channel to be reach. sorry for your inconvience in the past but i truly apologize for personal experience that you had with us in the past.
