Contact vizio they may have private contractors in some states that they will refer you to by giving you a number to call. Good luck :tup:

Title: Re: visio 47 inch E470i-AO Post by: dowayne on December 04, 2014, 10:34:19 AM As i said before it will be next to impossible to get one and if you do it will cost nearly 75 to 80% of cost of the tv to get the panel and fix it. Your best bet is to try and find anther one on ebay and use it for parts. Otherwise just get another tv and sell that one as is. One thing you should have asked vizio is which panels are compatible with the E470i-AO some times different panels are compatible with them
