Technician was paid to replace/install a compressor which stopped after three weeks of use, i can only assume it was defective. After which my calls weren't answered and eventually when reached he said he is was now in Ocho Rios and will have someone else look at the item. Its going a month now and no response and thousands of dollars of groceries was lost. i can only hope no one else loses out like i did.
