Title: need some advice regarding a child support summons Post by: BOLD5 on August 10, 2014, 10:45:10 AM what must a tel the judge and how can i explain my self? what are your advise for me?
am a father of a 9 month old baby girl, me and her mom had separate about 3 months now. due to some financial instability on my path i could not give her any thing for the child for about a month. now she takes out a summons for me to attend court. what should i do? |
