Trust me when you see the size of the rooms and the modern updates to the house you would relate. yo i feel but damn 45k? aint bashing ur price still jah noe. thing is due to geographical location cost for rent either increase decreases or stays stagnant. never expected that from a patrick city house. i was looking a 30-35 cause i mean if u looking for some1 to pay ur rent yea u get it every 1st of the month no hitching but a 45 u gonna have ppl say sh!t next month dont put me out dwl. i have my eyes on a next house around there going so 20-25 same 3 bedroom 3 bedroom kinda vibe it just that they aint finish arranging it all. guess my quest to move to the flats gets pissed on. still interested in pics tho and they will help ur thread and also the pricing.Title: Re: 3 BRM 3 BTHRM HOUSE IN PATRICK CITY FOR RENT!
