Nokia Lumia 520 selling as parts.  it is a new phone, my cousin broke the digitizer in her suit case and when to some fool to replace it and he didnt do a good Job.  The touch works but if you take out the battery and restart the phone, the touch doesnt work untill you restart it about 2-3 times.  Its still lock.

Samsung i897, giving me a restart loop, was a new phone, selling as parts, the screen alone value $11,000 here. Asking - $8000
