I am seeking a challenging technical position in a Company, Organization or Institution, which will permit me to continue practicing and expanding my skill set and knowledge base while enhancing the company’s or institution’s productivity and reputation. I am equally comfortable and qualified for a System Administrator, Assistant Network Administrator, Computer Technician, or any ICT position.  As a result of my developed analytical problem solving skills and ability to learn new tasks and concept abstractions quickly, I am also more than willing to accept a position in an exciting new field that I have not yet had the opportunity to work in.

• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Access, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher and Outlook Software.
• Able to type at 60 words per minute with an accuracy of 96 percent

Upgrading and Repairing PC’s (CompTIA A+ ce Internationally certified)
• Networking (LANs, WLANs, Cisco Routing and Switching Technology and Techniques)
• Installation & Troubleshooting Desktop and Notebook PC
• Preventive maintenance and Server Management (Server 2003 & 2012 environment)
• Configuration SOHO (Small Office Home Office) Computers and Printers
• Diagnosing problematic situations
• Basic Printer repairs and Servicing

Currently doing CCNA Routing and Switching Training at Stony hill Heart Academy on Saturdays
