There is an issue with it that has prompted the owner to dramatically reduce price to waay lower than what is being shown here. If the owner wants it sold urgently, this withholding of info will only serve to delay the sale. Give interested persons a chance to make an informed decision based on present condition, you may never know who may be willing to purchase it in an "as is where is" condition.
