If it wasn't for personal experience I would have said "yeah, right". But after being on these pills for a week I have lost 5 pounds and my belly is flatter than it has been for years- without exercise! I stand sideways in front of the mirror and stare in amazement. As promised, no side effects. I really does curb appetite. Feel like I could go most of the day without eating but I know I have to eat even a little. Will keep using until I reach my desired weight.
