I think you should report them. I must say, a friend of mine bought one whole pack of blank CD from Royale in Pavillion and the CD was just the regular not the Re-writable type and when he tried to burn on one nothing got burn on it, he thought that he was the one that did something wrong so he burn again and noticed that the CD could be copied over & over again only again to see nothing on the CD, he gave me and another friend one to try one each on our PC and when we tried burning to the CD the CD was still showing blank and I tried again with the same CD and the CD took burning again but was still blank and likewise the same thing happened to the other friend. So he took the three that we tried to burn on plus the others in the pack and went back there to get the exchange or his refund and they wouldn't do none of both, so he reported them to bureau of standard and they gave Royale my friend number and those *$$ sniff called my friend and told him to come for his refund or exchange. Only because he knew his rights.
