Job Description

The Director of Admissions manages all activities, and serves as the primary point of contact for students who seek assistance with admissions. The Director of Admissions coordinates with the other Directors, and Teachers and reports on activities and outcomes accurately. As part of the school’s management team, the Director of Admissions will manage the Admissions Department adhering to the company’s core values and be in full compliance with all governmental, accreditation, company policies and procedures and will assist the Executive Committee to further develop the campus via student recruitment and student retention.

The Director of Admissions is responsible for systematically and ethically advising students regarding enrollment into the institution, working within the standards and guidelines established by the institution both individually as well as through the management and training of a team of admissions representatives held to the same high standards. Due to the highly regulated nature of the industry all phone and interview interaction with potential students may be recorded and audited for compliance and quality assurance purposes.

Desired Skills & Experience
•   Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
•   Has a passion for makeup
•   1-2 years Customer Service, Sales, Public Relations or Human Resources experience preferred.
•   Strong interpersonal skills with both faculty and student populations.
•   Superior organizational and problem resolution skills.
•   Goal oriented and highly ethical.
•   Strong expertise in MS Office.
•   Ability to interact effectively as a member of a team and work collaboratively with other departments.
•   Ability to listen, to understand and to respond positively to requests.
•   Ability to adapt to changing assignments and multiple priorities.
•   Ability to manage multiple tasks and successfully meet deadlines.
•   Ability to communicate effectively.
