Got it about 2 months ago and only used it a few times. There is still a plastic sticker on the back cover that covers the shiny silver because it scratches very easily, so it is brand new under the sticker never used without it and the front is just as flawless. The unit is fully functional and already loaded with almost 3,000 songs and a couple movies. This sale is only for the Ipod nothing else. I do have a pair of beats by dre in ear headphones but Im not sure I want to let those go, if you interested make me an offer for them and I will let you know. Dont know where the box or the cable or original earphones are for the unit as I've had it in a dock.cradle using in my car for the past couple weeks, so it has done done much up and down.
