All I can do now is sell it fi parts or sell it to somebody who think them can flash it.

Well, after many hours and some serious googling, I've managed to flash and root this phone  :king:
BUT now I know it's really  :cen:
I have to put this in the freezer to get it to work (yes freezer) It caan handle nuh heat at all. That's y it couldn't boot, because it was warm  :wd:
Although I was duped and got stuck with this sh!t, I really cant do that to anyone so I have to make everyone know exactly what's going on.
So that's what it is.

AH - so the board got burned out? try undervolting the phone - that should solve ur problem of heat

I did try SetCPU, but the problem remained. As for the kernel ting Vylle I just thought if SetCPU didn't have no effect a tall, then the kernel might not work.
I really believe this is an hardware problem.So I gave it to Cellular Technology still n them say them a go pree it...them better than Best Buy; them just say them nuh know nuttin bout it full stop.
