My skill set is but not limit to : ? Able to diagnose, troubleshoot and repair desktop/laptops computers. ? Sound Knowledge of Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8, 2003, 2008 ? Knowledgeable in the installation and trouble shooting of desktop/laptop software applications ? Proficient in the use of Microsoft Access, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher and Outlook Software. ? Able to type at 60 words per minute with an accuracy of 96 percent Upgrading and Repairing PC’s (CompTIA A+ ce Internationally certified) • Basic Networking • Installation & Troubleshooting Desktop and Notebook PC • Preventive maintenance • Configuration SOHO (Small Office Home Office) Computers and Printers • Diagnosing problematic situations • Basic Printer repairs and Servicing Currently doing CCNA Training at Stony hill Heart on Saturdays You can contact me at 791-3680 |
