I sell mostly bold 3s, hundreds, use them, no problems like that. I dont know where you get your Bold 3s from with those problems, but maybe all your merchandise you access or sell is foolishness. Don't be immature and unprofessional with your posting. it is up to that consumer to inquire of that phone model is he so chooses, not for you to try to degrade it for a sale for yourself.
