Title: WD 500 gig External Hard Drive Repair Post by: lyn4d on December 11, 2012, 12:44:25 PM as stated in topic i have a external hard drive 500 gig Western Digital branded. when i plug it on my comp. the light comes on and you can feel the hard drive spinning, you also hear it connect to the comp however it does not show in my computer. can anyone fix it or know of anything i can try to retrieve my info off the device?
