Title: bb9650 (network blocked) Post by: zemikidd on October 27, 2010, 11:49:54 AM :cr: :cr: :cr: anyone here can help me, have a bb9650 that saying Network -blocked..when i type in mepd...when i try typing mep2 to enter the unlock code i bought online no window came up for me to put in the code..ithink the phone is lock to Verizon cdma network cuz it can roam..but i need it unlock so i can use it out here.. anyone know anyone or anywhere that can unlock it, rest the Mep or anything fro me to put in my unlock code? :cr: :cr: :cr:

THE PHONE IS ALREADY UNLOCK.. IT JSUT BLACKLISTED AND CHANGE THE IMEI WONT DO A THING CUZ THE ESN WILL STILL BE THE SAME.
