Master resetting your phone will erase all data in it, including contacts. You can master reset the phone by updating or reinstalling the device software. If it does not work then you can flash the phone or contact the service provider to solve this issue. Once the counter is reset, you will be able to unlock the phone.
You can get the code from the service provider or purchase the code from the online sites. I recommend the site http://www.Simpleunlocking.com/ (http://www.Simpleunlocking.com/) where they provide the code fast and cheaper too then any other sites. i got my BB 9780 Bold phone unlock code from them and they provided the code within 1 hour and saved my money.
