It is currently on ios 6 needs to be factory unlocked to be activated and used.. checked out online and found out it was blocked/barred however they are online factory unlock sites that will unlock it for $59-$100 us depending on which.... soo because of this i'm selling for 18k to facilitate the factory unlock...
