1k deposit and if successfully repaired then you'll pay the balance at pickup

however if unsuccessful (motherboard cannot be fixed)....that 1k is not refundable.

If you can do the reflow you can retire off of it. Those affected HP laptops are so common here. Messed up a DV7 pretty bad with a heatgun trying to fix it and had to sell another one I had with the same prob.

boi camo, u just gotta know how to cook it right. :D it doesn't work all the time tho...lots of people throw out their dv6000s and dv9000s for this problem daily so i figured why not do this for fun hence why the price is so cheap.

i just finished repairing an amd dv6000 with nvidia graphics that recently failed

bless up yute i do computer repair aswell, reflow can be done but it's a chance we take and the key is to use the gun on low instead of high.
The time you spend on a machine is valued more than $1000 still, so you will get more call than me cause I nah tek less then $1,500 as service fee.

i know i'm doing it too cheap but is really just for fun. pulling down notebooks can be really annoying sometimes even tho most of them are easy

i do this too guys, but in the process of getting a rework station and reballng kit, to do it professionally.....all just for the fun of it
